As a PCI Certified Parent Coach®, Beth provides support and guidance through the coaching relationship. She listens intently, asks key questions, provides information, and offers specific suggestions to help you implement positive changes in your family life. She helps you restore the parent-child relationship with improved attitudes and behaviors of family members. You will find more peace within your relationships and greater calm in your family life.
How does coaching differ from therapy?
Parent coaching is a partnership between coach and parent where family ideals and priorities are identified and realized. It is a collaborative process that helps you evaluate what is presently working within your family and what needs to be addressed. Your knowledge and insight is paired with Beth's professional experience to maximize your family’s strengths and successfully navigate parenting challenges.
Coaching differs from counseling and therapy in its concentration on the current situation. It is not designed to delve into the past or work through a crisis. Coaching helps parents realize that they truly are the experts in regards to their children.
