Individual and Couples Coaching

Beth offers personalized support through individual or couples coaching sessions. Meeting individually with Beth allows parents to work on the specific aspects of  family life, whether it be a desire for a better morning plan, a calm dinner, a peaceful bedtime routine or improved strategies for dealing with homework, screen time or work life balance. Parents meet with Beth weekly or bi-weekly for 60 minutes and receive an emailed summary of each session.  Beth provides insight, education, tips and encouragement. Parents delve into weekly homework assignments and practice new tools to create positive changes. Twelve sessions are recommended to achieve maximum results.

Parenting Groups

Beth facilitates support groups for parents at schools, religious organizations, businesses and neighborhood parent groups. A parenting group is an effective way to receive information and guidance in a supportive environment. Groups provide an opportunity to connect with other parents as you share stories of struggles and triumphs. Contact Beth if you would like to create one!

Beth gives presentations on a number of parenting topics to schools, parenting organizations, day care centers, businesses and other community groups.
